PURPOSE: A fire-resistant panel for natural mineral siding of building interior and exterior walls is provided to obtain a flat panel with fire resistance and heat insulation function by attaching incombustible panels to the inner and outer sides of the flat panel. CONSTITUTION: A fire-resistant panel for natural mineral siding of building interior and exterior walls comprises a flat panel with a bolt hole(1) and an iron core(20) fixed inside the flat panel. The iron core is formed by heating an incombustible material(30) containing pearlite 40%, white magnet 20%, yellow magnet 20%, cement 10%, and a high pressure adhesive 10% at the temperature of 1,200°C or higher and pressing the foamed incombustible material into a panel form 5~15mm thick. The completed panel is attached to the flat panel.
