The essence of the invention: a water treatment installation for boiler scale liquidation is offered, whose operation is based on the water treatment with variable electro-magnetic pulses, considerably decreasing the propagation of external magnetic field in the zone of induction coils and increasing the efficiency of its operation for water treatment in pipe-lines. Efficiency improvement is achieved by using a plane elastic magnetic dielectric - a screen secured over the induction coils. The invention refers to the preparation of drinking and technical water and to water supply systems, in particular to water towers, artesian wells, small and many-storey residential houses, water preparation equipment for food-producing and other enterprises.
