PURPOSE: A perm rod in which a heat line is built and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce perm time while preventing possibility on an electric shock with a low fault rate. CONSTITUTION: A perm rod in which a heat line is built includes a heater fixing member, a film member(21), and a heat line(22). The heater fixing member is molded to a cylindrical shape by an injection molding method. The heater fixing member has the thickness of 0.8-1.2 mm, and made of a polyamide-based nylon material of which melting point is 245-255°C. The heater fixing member has two wire groove holes. The film member of the polyamide-based material is formed on an outer circumference of the heater fixing member. The heater line made of a stainless material has a melting point of 1,370-1,454°C. |
