PURPOSE: A motor including a multi step yoke and a driving device using the same are provided to prevent an assembly error due to assembly of a yoke and a rotation disk by integrally forming the rotation disk and the yoke. CONSTITUTION: A rotor(320) includes a housing(330) and a plurality of magnets(325,327,329). The housing has a rotation disk, a first yoke, a second yoke, and a detachable disk. The first yoke and the second yoke are extended from one surface of the rotation disk into an axial direction. The detachable disk is detachably coupled in one end of the first yoke. A plurality of magnets are fixed to each yoke with a columnar direction. A stator(340) includes a fixing axis(310), a fixing disk(351), an armature core(341,343), and an armature coil(345,347,349). The fixing axis is inserted to the housing with the axial direction. The fixing disk is coupled in the fixing axis inside the housing. The armature core is coupled in the fixing disk or the fixing axis. The armature coil is wound in the armature core.
