FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator consists of case with inlet and outlet cavities, in case there are installed pressure tight chamber of specified pressure, valve in saddle, piston sensing element equipped with rubber ring, bushing out of fluoroplastic with rubber packing, and rod connected to valve and to lower surface of piston sensing element. A sleeve is additionally installed in the outlet cavity of the regulator; the piston sensing element with rod equipped with additional rubber packing is assembled in the sleeve. The pressure tight chamber of specified pressure is created by lower surface of the piston sensing element and internal walls of the sleeve. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability and accuracy of regulator, expanded range of working pressure value at inlet and increased stability of pressure value at outlet eliminating manual control during regulator operation, compactness. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
