Device includes chamber 1 with orifice serving for gas input only, and exchange section 2 including at least two stages. Each stage includes at least one nozzle 21 and diffuser 22 connected by gas exchange chamber 23. Gas exchange chamber 23 of first stage has through hole 24 for outlet to air. Gas mixing chamber 3 is positioned between two successive stages of exchange section 2.
