FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: disconnector consists of case connected with funnel by means of left thread connection, of transport sub tied with drill tubes, installed in case and fixed relative to it by means of lock elements, and of stop bushing with groove for lock element fixed inside transport sub with shear screws. Also the case is made with internal circular groove for lock elements so, that the transport sub can freely rotate and travel in lengthwise direction limited with width of the said groove relative to the case of the disconnector. In the lower part of the case there is made a lug in form of a stop for limiting travel of the transport sub with the stop bushing secured therein, while the upper part of the case and the response part of the transport sub are made in form of a cam connection to transfer torque from drilling tubes via the transport sub to the case of the disconnector. Notably, depth of a slot in the above said cam connection corresponds to length of the left thread connection of the case with the funnel facilitating free travel of the disconnector case and release of possible loads in the thread connection. ^ EFFECT: raised reliability of disconnector, expanded functionality. ^ 3 dwg |
