<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to omit a wide space between pixels by overlapping a sub wiring layer with a pixel. CONSTITUTION: A pixel region is formed on one surface of a supporting substrate. A plurality of pixels(100a) are arranged in the pixel region. Each pixel includes an organic electroluminescent device(80). The organic electroluminescent device includes a first electrode layer(81), a light emitting layer, and a second electrode layer(83). The second electrode layer is formed on a whole pixel region. A sub wiring layer(84) is formed on a top part or a bottom part of the second electrode layer, has a stripe or lattice shape, is made of a metal layer of thickness capable of transmitting a light, is overlapped with a part of the organic electroluminescent device of each pixel, and is made of a silver layer or a silver alloy layer.</p> |
