PURPOSE: A method of forming hybrid solar cell for high efficiency is provided to obtain the uniform relative reaction and synthesize the uniform reaction product. CONSTITUTION: The method of forming the cluster-type solar battery comprises as follows. Each ink solution is spread by at least two ink-jet printers. The polymer film, and the composite film of the inorganic material layer or the polymer film and inorganic material layer are formed by the chemical reaction of the ink solution. The solar battery includes the PEDOT / PSS, and the lamination film between two electrode layers. The PEDOT / PSS is formed by the thin film forming method. The lamination film includes a P3HT film and a film containing quantum dots.
