FIELD: mining engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: excavation circular support comprises frames made from sections of mine interchangeable special shape connected halve together by means of clamps, strips and screws and forming a circle, girders connecting the adjoining frames and a frame protector. The frame ring consists of three parts: a floor bar placed on the sill and two side bars to be put on the floor bar from different sides. The frame protector is made in the form of steel framed tie rod welded to one of lateral sides. The girder is in the form of embedded part made of metal strip. The girders are sequentially interconnected by means of movable couplings. The girders are connected to the frame by means of anchor where the anchor length corresponds to the girder depth. There is also provided a method for setting circular support of excavation. ^ EFFECT: improved connection of the support with surrounding rock mass, low ratio of labour to set the circular support, increased safety and fastening security. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
