Overall scheduling parametre can be evaluated by determining "rightness" parametre for each user's device in wireless communication zone, overall parametre of peak desirability of the channel for each user's device and the channel delay desirability parametre for each user's device. Overall scheduling parametre can be the function of "rightness" parametre and of one or more parametres among the following: overall parametre of peak desirability of the channel and channel delay desirability parametre.
