FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed mold (10) comprises inner part (14) and outer part (12), limiting wall of workpiece. Note here that inner part (14) is impermeable for liquid in at least one zone limiting useful section of aforesaid wall. It is also deformable and features intrinsic rigidity sufficient for limiting the workpiece wall on feeding slip into mould. Inner part (14) comprises jacket (30) with impermeable outer surface. Note here that aforesaid jacket is sufficiently flexible for repeating the workpiece size changes inside mold (10). Proposed mold comprises also jacket substrate (31) made from rigid material and intended for fixing jacket (30) and preventing its deformation by slip before setting of the latter. Proposed method comprises feeding slip, based on amorphous silicon dioxide powder and liquid, in between inner (14) and outer (12) parts of mould (10) to cast the product wall. Then liquid is removed, at least partially, through permeable part (12). Now, the product is withdrawn from mould (10), dried and sintered. ^ EFFECT: simplified method. ^ 29 cl, 9 ex, 6 dwg |
