PURPOSE: A method for preparing panfried seaweed fast is provided to secure the uniform quality of the panfried seaweed using a fermenter. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing panfried seaweed comprises the following steps of: collecting tea leaves from Jangheung; drying the collected tea leaves in a room for a half day; removing foreign materials from the dried tea leaves and steaming the tea leaves at the temperature of 100°C for 3-30 minutes; pulverizing the steamed tea leaves and drying them for 2-10 days; and fermenting the dried tea leaves in a fermenter of 20~70°C and humidity 70-90% for 6-8 days.
