FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: immunological examination is performed to define immunocompetent cell (ICC) capability to produce transforming growth factor 1 (TGF-1) and fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). At spontaneous level of TGF-1ëÑ1122.7120.6 pg/ml and bFGFëñ7.20.08 pg/ml, favourable course of chronic obstructive lung disease is forecast with decrease of forced expiratory volume in 1st second not more than by 50 ml per year, and at spontaneous level of TGF-1ëñ1025,11.7 pg/ml and bFGF 40.10.9 pg/ml, unfavourable course of chronic obstructive lung disease is forecast with decrease of forced expiratory volume in 1st second more than by 50 ml per year. Invention application allows for higher forecast accuracy, faster examination duration and higher reliability and descriptiveness of examination. Forecast of possible progress of chronic obstructive lung disease is necessary for differentiated, timely efficient treatment. ^ EFFECT: faster forecast of chronic obstructive lung disease progress by cytokine secretion level. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
