FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for detection of visco-plastic properties of concrete or mortar cement-sand mix consists in installation of device support platform, comprising cylindrical body, onto mix to be investigated. Besides in order to realise the method, they use device, in cylindrical body of which along its axis there is a movable stem installed with the possibility of free vertical displacement, having piston at its lower end. At the same time, there are perforations in walls of cylindrical body, with the help of ring piston is lifted upwards into cover of cylindrical body, afterwards piston is freely moved down, and depth of piston penetration into investigated mixture is measured, based on value of which plastic strength of investigated mixture is defined, and then using calibration chart of dependence of placing convenience (rigidity) of investigated mix and its plastic strength on value of piston penetration in mixture, visco-plastic properties of investigated mixture are defined. ^ EFFECT: simplified method, reduced testing cycle, higher validity of produced results and expansion of method resource due to identification of two parametres of investigated mix simultaneously. ^ 6 dwg, 1 ex |
