PURPOSE: A rack and a cooker including the same are provided to facilitate the manufacture and cleaning by reducing the number of rack supporting pieces of the cooker. CONSTITUTION: A rack(20) comprises a seating part(21) in which food is selectively placed on both sides and a supporting part(27) provided on one side of the seating part. The other side of the seating part or the supporting part is selectively supported on supporting pieces(13) formed on a cooking chamber(11). The seating part is a rectangular plate, and the supporting part is extended from both ends of one side of the seating part.
