PURPOSE: A pan-tilt apparatus is provided to easily monitor an object which moves fast by pan/tilt moving a camera through a very simply structure, thereby providing easy maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A pan-tilt apparatus includes an image obtaining unit(100), a motion converting unit(150) and a driving unit(250). The image obtaining unit is made of a camera(2) and a camera holder(4). A shaft(20) is connected to a driving shaft and a connector engaged with the driving shaft. A bearing is interposed in a shaft so that both ends of a base member are engaged.
