CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate polishing device and a polish method thereof for minimizing the size of the device include a first polish table loaded on a first glass substrate. A second polish table loads a second glass substrate which is located in the first polish table(S320). A polish part polishes the edge of the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate(S330).
