DATA LINE TERMINATION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A data line termination circuit is provided to reduce current consumption and improve transmission characteristics according to the operating frequency. CONSTITUTION: The data line termination circuit includes the frequency comparison section, and the frequency detector and the variable termination. The frequency comparison section(10) outputs the frequency comparison signal and compares the frequency of the reference clock. The frequency detector operates according to the reference clock by inputting the power supply voltage. The frequency detector operates according to the operation clock by inputting the power supply voltage. The variable termination(20) controls the termination resistance value of a dataline in response to the comparison signal.
