MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MOLDING FOR DECORATION USING NATURE FRIENDLY ELASTIC BINDER

PURPOSE: A method for producing a decorative structure using an environment-friendly elastic binder is provided to prevent harmful components from coming out and to exhibit various shapes of curves on the decorative structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a decorative structure using an environment-friendly elastic binder comprises the following steps of: dipping an elastic binder in a long-fiber nonwoven fabric; attaching the elastic-binder-dipped long-fiber nonwoven fabric to a mold and solidifying it; and separating the solidified long-fiber nonwoven fabric from the mold and molding it into a decorative structure. The elastic binder comprises an environment-friendly liquid binder and cement-free inorganic binder at a ratio of 1 : 0.3~0.5 by weight.
