PURPOSE: A decoration sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attach a metal thin film as a decoration sheet to a various colored and patterned film layer in order to exhibit various colors and patterns. CONSTITUTION: A decoration sheet comprises a protective layer, thin film layer, printing-film layer, adhesive coating layer, and release paper. The protective layer(11) is coated by UV-treatment. The thin film layer(13) is adhered onto the protective layer and embossed in a hair line or spin. The printing-film layer(15) is laminated onto the thin film layer and one side or both sides of the printing-film layer are printed with constant colors and patterns. The adhesive coating layer(18) is coated on the printing-film layer. The release paper(19) is laminated on the adhesive coating layer and easy to detach.
