PURPOSE: A high pressure flange manufacturing apparatus using hydraulic press is provided to improve productivity by reducing production speed to five minutes or less through an automatic piercing process. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure flange manufacturing apparatus using hydraulic press includes a sliding bed(100), a clamping device, a vertical moving device(300), and an up-set jig device. The sliding bed includes an up-set jig die(110), a first punching jig die(120), and a second punching jig die(130). A sliding cylinder(140) is connected to a side of the sliding bed. The clamping device is installed at both sides of the first punching jig die. The vertical moving device includes a guide rail(310) and a body(320). The body is moved according to the guide rail. The up-set jig device is installed pivotally at the guide rail of the vertical moving device.
