PURPOSE: A ubiquitous streetlight for lighting adjustable having an wind sensor is provided to alarm a driver or a pedestrian by supplying a risk management according to steps when issuing a typhoon or storm warning. CONSTITUTION: A street light(10) equipped with an arm includes a wind sensor unit(300), a street light controller(400), and a information output unit(500). The wind sensor collects information of wind direction around of the street light. The controller controls a flash drive of the lighting unit(200) lighting up according to a predetermined flash driving condition. The controller controls the output of a risk management corresponding to steps of the collected information related to the wind direction. |
