PURPOSE: A handcart wheel in which a foam is filled is provided to reduce the time required for the cooling by filling the foam in an outer cover and a core. CONSTITUTION: In a handcart wheel in which a foam is filled, an outer cover(2) and a core(3) are engaged and inserted into the injection mold of the wheel. In a foam inlet port(8), the foam is filled so that the foam can be filled around an upper core(4). The wheel is molded by the outer cover and core in the state that the cooling is not completely performed after the perfect filling. A wheel halve(6) is again shaped.
