PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a kinetic pressure bearing and a manufacturing device for easily controlling a manufacturing device are provided to control the depth of the dynamic pressure generating groove by controlling the movement distance of a core rod. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a kinetic pressure bearing includes a die(110), a bearing support rod(120), an upper die(210), a core rod(220), an inclined hole, and an elastic core. The die is formed in a first operation hole. The bearing support rod is settled in order to insert a first operation hole. The second operating holes are formed the upper die is faced with the first operating holes corresponding to the lower die. The core rod is formed to elevate the taper unit by inserting into a second operation hole.
