PURPOSE: An asphalt urethane coating waterproof material is provided to ensure excellent high temperature endurance in summer and low temperature elasticity in winter, and to be environment-friendly by removing toxicity such as bad smell of tar. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt urethane coating waterproof material comprises two part liquid of a first dispersion and a second dispersion. The first dispersion comprises asphalt 15-50 weight%, plasticizer 2-20 weight%, asphalt modifier 1-5 weight%, inorganic filler 25-75 weight%, moisture absorbent 3-20 weight%, rethane hardener 1.89-20 weight%, viscosity modifier 2-20 weight%, curing catalyst 0.01-2 weight% and dispersing agent 0.1-5 weight%. The second dispersion comprises an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer 60-96 weight%, plasticizer 3-24 weight%, viscosity modifier 0.9-13 weight%, and reaction rate control agent 0.1-3 weight%. |
