The device has two plates (A, Aa) made of semi-rigid material, maintained with each other by gussets (a-c) and a removable flexible spindle (C). The gussets of each plate are overlapped with each other and are integrated using the spindle. The plates are pushed down in a snow mantle or placed behind a rigid base. The spindle is slid alternatively in the gussets or removed from the gussets so as to release the plates. The spindle is connected to a strand of an ejection cord (E), and a strap (B) is fixed to ends (d) of the plates. Strand of a rope (F) is fixed at the center of the strap.
