PURPOSE: A diamond wire saw equipped with thick-thin cutting parts which are formed by turns is provided to improve cutting effect by functioning as a saw and to solve heat generation problem without a cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A diamond wire saw(30) equipped with thick-thin cutting parts which are formed by turns comprises a wire(31), a plurality of thick bead and thin beads, a plurality of spacers(36), a plurality of diamond segments(37), and a resin coated layer(35). A plurality of thick beads and thin beads are inserted into the wire. A plurality of spacers is respectively interposed, so the thick bead and the thin beads are apart from each other. A plurality of diamond segments are attached to the outer circumference of the beads. The resin coated layer resin-seals the wire, the beads, the spacer, and the diamond segment. The thick bead and the thin bead are successively and repetitively inserted into the wire.
