PURPOSE: An impeller for a wind power generator is provided to maximize the rotation and to prevent damage to the generator by separating the rotating shaft of the impeller from a link shaft connected to the generator when the impeller rises. CONSTITUTION: An impeller for a wind power generator comprises a rotating shaft(11) installed vertically on a frame, and impeller blades(12) installed in the radial direction on the exterior surface of the rotating shaft. A casing including an inlet port, an outlet port, and a rudder opposite the inlet port is installed to surround the impeller and rotates. A generator which is activated by the torque of the impeller is installed on the frame beneath the rotating shaft. The impeller bade has air through holes(14) on a blade main body.
