The device (DIS) has an active component i.e. class AB type average power amplifier (AMOP), whose polarization point is a function of a value of power received at its input (EN-AMOP). The component delivers an input power having value that is less than a critical threshold, to a power amplification chain i.e. high power amplifier (HPA). The component is coupled in upstream of the amplification chain. The component has a resistive element i.e. resistor (R), connected between a supply terminal and the input of the component.
