The tool has a rope (2) fixed to an end of a mooring cable for manipulating the cable, where the tool is made of stainless steel. A piece (1) is formed of three geometrical figures i.e. circles, connected with each other to form a triangle. The piece assures fixation of the tool in all approaching angles. The rope maintains the piece by a splice (3), and a running bowline (4) is formed in the rope. Dimensions of the circles allow hooking of a boat hook.
