Dermatological and/or cosmetic composition (I) comprises a combination of (a) homopolymer of N-vinyl 2-pyrrolidone or a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone/triacontene or vinylpyrrolidone/eicosene and (b) a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine/alkyl methacrylate or 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine/2-hydroxy-3-methacryloyl oxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride, in an excipient or an inert non-toxic vehicle. An independent claim is included for a process for using (I) comprising applying a medicament on skin of the face and skin of all parts of the body for its protection, before exposing to a toxic chemical agent.
