FOAM REMOVING APPARATUS AND WASTE FOOD REUSE SYSTEM USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A foam removing apparatus and a waste food reuse system using the same are provided to spray a leachate raw liquid to foam generated in an aerobic decomposing bath to defoam the leachate, thereby improving defoaming efficiency without the use of high-priced chemical defoamers. CONSTITUTION: A foam removing apparatus removes foam(S) generated in an aerobic decomposing bath(10) in order to treat leachate generated in a waste food reuse system using microorganisms. The foam removing apparatus comprises a leachate storing tank(50), defoaming tank(41), leachate spraying unit, and leachate discharging pipe(46). The leachate storing tank stores the leachate generated in the waste food reuse system. The defoaming tank discharges the foam generated in the aerobic decomposing bath and stores it. The leachate spraying unit sprays the leachate raw liquid stored in the leachate storing tank into the defoaming tank. The leachate discharging pipe discharges the leachate stored in the defoaming tank and returns it to the leachate storing tank. The leachate raw liquid represents a primarily solid-removed leachate by passing through a pulverizing/selecting and dehydrating device.
