The sector has a fixed blade (12) fixed between an outer platform (20) and an inner platform that includes a radial hook. The outer platform has upstream and downstream hooks (28, 30) for fixing the outer platform on a hood of a turbomachine, where the downstream hook includes free relaxing units (34). Each unit has a slit (36) with an open end (36a) and an end (36b) that is opposite to the open end. The end (36b) leads to a curve portion shaped slit (38) of the unit, where the slit (38) has a shape of a circle arc whose radius is ten times higher than thickness of the slit (36).
