<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring curing composition for color filter having excellent performance for removing alkaline development and excellent solubility in a developer and capable of forming a cured film having small surface roughness; and to provide the color filter formed by using this composition. <P>SOLUTION: The coloring curing composition for color filter contains (A) a coloring agent, (B) a binder resin, (C) a photopolymeric compound having an ethylene unsaturated bond, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, and (E) a solvent that satisfies the following conditions (i)-(iv): (i) the content of (A) the coloring agent is 30-60 wt.% for the total mass of solids of the coloring curing composition; (ii) acid value of (B) the binder resin is 150-240 mgKOH/g; (iii) weight percentage of the content of the photopolymeric compound having (C) the ethylene unsaturated bond to the content of (B) the binder resin is 0.30-0.50; and (iv) (D) the photopolymerization initiator contains at least either of triazine compound and oxime compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
