<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP transmission video data receiver for executing stable clock reproduction control. <P>SOLUTION: The IP transmission video data receiver for transmitting video data using RTP in an asynchronous communication network is provided with: a time stamp processing means (received time stamp processing part 2) including: a selection means (RTP time stamp selection part 21) for selecting a prescribed time stamp interval in time stamp information extracted from the RTP header of the received video data; a counting means (time stamp interval counter 23) for counting the extraction time interval of the selected time stamp on the basis of a reference clock (22); an averaging means (time stamp interval averaging part 24) for averaging the time interval of the selected time stamp; and a re-output means (time stamp re-output part 25) for re-outputting the selected time stamp on the basis of the averaged time interval. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
