<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of improving aesthetic appearance as well as improving utilization efficiency of light, and, besides, capable of improving assembling properties. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture includes: a fixture body 1 constituted of a body 2 in which the front face is opened and a light source L is housed inside thereof, and a cover 3 which has a window hole 3a for directing light emitted from the light source L in the forward direction, and is mounted on the front side of the body 2; a translucent panel 4 housed in the fixture body 1 in a form in which the window hole 3a is closed; a packing part 5 which is formed into a cylindrical shape with an elastic body and in which the translucent panel 4 is fitted into the inside thereof; a pinching part 6a which pinches the packing part 5 and the translucent panel 4 together with a packing abutting part 31 of the cover 3; and a fitting fixture 6 with which a holding part 6b used for mounting on the fixture body 1 is integrally provided.
