<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the size of a desired working area in a single window without making a user troublesomely operate a specific adjusting operation. <P>SOLUTION: A pointer crosses a virtual area for determining the start of movement in accordance with an operation by an operation part 120.
