<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic substrate capable of forming a conductor having high dimension accuracy and high electric characteristics with a ceramic slurry. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a ceramic substrate applies a ceramic slurry 3a so as to cover a conductive paste 2a on a conductive layer 2 formed by applying the conductive paste 2a on a support 1 and drying the conductive paste 2a. In the manufacturing method, the conductive paste 2a contains at least two kinds of a first organic binder and a second organic binder which have different solubility parameters, and the ceramic slurry 3a contains a solvent having a solubility parameter approximate to the solubility parameter of the first organic binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
