<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a vehicle operating pedal can prevent an operating pedal from moving backward even when a pedal bracket supporting the operating pedal is exerted with such load that the lower side of the pedal is moved backward by a greater amount than the upper side of the pedal. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle body member includes a stopper unit 6b which keeps the abutting portion 708 from moving upward when the pedal bracket 3 is exerted with such load as moves the abutting portion 708 of the turning lever 7 upward. Oblong holes and protrusions, both of which continue with a through-hole in the turning lever 7 having a second fulcrum 22 passed therein, and an oblong hole 802a and protrusions 802b, 802b both of which continue with a recess portion 802 of a drop regulating member 8 engaging the second fulcrum 22 are provided as relative movement permission means for permitting relative movements between the turning lever 7, the drop regulating member 8 and the pedal bracket 3 when the abutting portion 708 abuts against the stopper unit 6b and if the load is equal to or greater than a predetermined load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
