摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communication device allowing a transmission partner to appropriately direct a light receiving range of a light receiving part. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle communication device comprises: a first light receiving part for receiving a first optical signal with first directivity transmitted from a first light source of the other vehicle or road side equipment; a second light receiving part for receiving a second optical signal with second directivity higher than the first directivity, transmitted from a second light source of the other vehicle or the road side equipment; an information output part for demodulating the second optical signal received by the second receiving part and outputting information included in the second optical signal; and a control part for controlling the light receiving range of the second light receiving part.
