<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact operating device of a vehicular air-conditioner by integrating three rotary operation knobs provided corresponding to at least three operational functions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the operating device 1 of the vehicular air-conditioner having three rotary operation knobs for operating the vehicular air-conditioner by individually setting each operational content corresponding to at least three operational functions, the three rotary operation knobs 3 comprise hollow shafts 14, 15, 16 provided in three stages on the same axis, and three operation knobs 10, 11, 12 which are rotatably fitted to the hollow shafts 14, 15, 16, respectively.
