<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve various characteristics including adhesion of a laminate obtained by laminating a polyamide resin and a polyurethane resin together. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This laminate is a polymer equipped with a structure formed by laminating the polyamide resin, X layers including a polyether amide elastomer (X) and Y layers including the polyurethane resin under the condition that the polyether amide elastomer (X) is a polymer obtained by polymerizing components including a diamine compound (A) including a tri-block polyether diamine compound (A1) represented by formula (1) wherein x is an integer of from 1 through 20, y is an integer of from 4 through 50 and z is an integer of from 1 through 20, a polyamide formable monomer (B) and a dicarboxylic compound (C).
