摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector provided with a radio tag reader capable of reading a radio tag attached to a light source with high precision without being adversely affected by high heat from the light source. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this projector, a light source unit 20 is arranged close to an intake port 31 provided in a projector case body 2. The UHF tag 132 is provided at a position opposing to the intake port 31 of the light source unit 20. For this reason, a cooling air flow for cooling the light source unit 20 can cool the UHF tag 132 simultaneously. The UHF tag reader 133 is provided outside the case body 2 while coming into contact with the intake port 31. Consequently, the UHF tag reader 133 is more efficiently cooled than the UHF tag 132. Since the UHF tag reader 133 opposes to the UHF tag 132 across the intake port 31, this UHF tag reader 133 can read the UHF tag 132 provided in the light source unit 20 highly precisely.
