PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire internal pressure management system capable of suppressing damage received by the tire and a rim to the minimum by finding abnormality by reduction of the internal pressure of the tire in an early stage and prolonging the lifetime of the tire and the rim. SOLUTION: The tire internal pressure management system is provided with a detection device 110 for at least measuring the internal pressure of the tire attached to the vehicle, and a tire information management center 300 for managing tire information including at least an internal pressure value of the tire output by the detection device 110. The tire information management center 300 is provided with: a communication part 310 for receiving the tire information measured by the detection device 110; a data memory part 330 for memorizing the tire information received by the communication part 310; and CPU 340 for determining whether or not the internal pressure value is normal by comparing past information, i.e., tire information memorized in the data memory part 330 with present information, i.e., the present tire information received by the communication part 310 when the internal pressure value is within an allowance range.
