PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system which automatically performs call blocking in accordance with an identifier for a call request and a service state of a terminal upon an incoming call, based on a subscriber's intention, and to provide a subscriber profile holding device applied to the system. SOLUTION: The subscriber profile holding device 200 is arranged in a local network as a network operated by a main carrier. The subscriber profile holding device 200 holds subscriber information and connection permission condition data which shows a connection permission condition when a request for a connection to the terminal device is generated using a sub-subscriber identifier.
