A METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR LIMITING BLEED IN PACKAGING LAYOUTS

A method and a system for limiting bleed in packaging layouts. Said method and system limit bleed by setting artwork bleed widths; the specified bleed line portion of said artwork is then obtained and corrected by means of light projection, and at last the bleed limit of the specified bleed line portion is released in the direction of the light source. This enables the partial release of the bleed limits of artwork at the layout edge, while retaining the bleed lines which appear at the edge of the artwork inside the layout. Said method and system not only enable original printing marks to be retained on the packaging artwork, but also save time, avoid layout confusion and save printing ink.
