A guide sleeve (26) is arranged at another end (24) of the frame for guiding a drilling tool (92), where a longitudinal axis (32) of the guide sleeve intersects the rod-shaped body in an area of a distal end (18) of the rod-shaped body. A fixing device (50) is provided at the guide sleeve, where the fixing device protrudes distally. The fixing device is attachable on a body of a patient in an area of another hole to be drilled.</p> |
