<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily ensure a sealing property on a wiring port with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A case 1 comprises a housing 11 and a lid body 12, and the housing 11 has an opening part 11a, the wiring port 11b, a wire storage part 11c and a light emission storage part 11d. A block body 4 is arranged on the wiring port 11b or the wire storage part 11c near the wiring port 11b. The block body 4 surrounds the wire 3 and seals a clearance between the wire 3 and the case 1.
