<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accepting and ordering a cleaning for improving the efficiency of laundry collection, landry delivery, account processing, etc., and to provide a system for accepting and ordering a cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: A management server distributes order correspondence information of a user whose cleaning application is received, to a deliverer terminal and a cleaning factory terminal. The deliverer terminal performs matching determination between user information read from a tag attached to a housing means and the distributed order correspondence information, and outputs collection completion notification, distribution completion notification and supply completion notification to the management server. The cleaning factory terminal performs matching determination between the user information read from a tag attached to a housing means and the distributed order correspondence information, and outputs clothing reception completion notification and finishing supply notification to the management server, and the management server determines a clothing delivery state and cleaning progress in each prescribed weight unit on the basis of the notification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
